Texan AA arrives with a physician anesthesiologist, a clinical care team, a full anesthesia machine, the complete monitoring suite, recovery monitors, anesthetic agents, and emergency supplies and medications. The setup that Texas office-based anesthesia rules and ASA monitoring standards require.
The pre-procedure call, medical history, records, and anesthesia clearance are all handled by the clinical care team before the day of the case. Your front desk does not chase records.
