Dr. David Williams has personally delivered more than 13,000 in-office anesthetics and been part of more than 50,000 anesthesia cases across his career. That is more office-based experience than any other mobile provider in Central Texas. He founded Texan Anesthesiology Association to bring physician-led, in-office anesthesia and a clinical care team directly into the practices of Central Texas dental specialists.

Dr. Williams lives in Austin with his wife and four children. He spent two years living in Uruguay serving the local community, which is where his Spanish fluency began. For his Spanish-speaking patients across Central Texas, that fluency is part of how he practices, not an extra.
He has spent decades working with kids beyond the operatory. As an assistant recreational therapist, a ski instructor, a professional whitewater rafting guide, and for more than 21 years as a Boy Scout leader. The same friendly demeanor that calms a nervous pediatric dental patient on the day of their procedure is the one his Scouts and his own kids have known for years.
